Almost two years have elapsed since Autem Today™ decided to take the helm and construct our first franchise, Fairytale. During that time, we successfully released six publications (excluding their upgraded versions), two operational websites, and released 1/3 of the Count. Mini-Series, and the Music Album, soon to be, (Very Soon. 2026 AD.) This Fairytale. the Updates Entry will expand on our prior ideas, current progress, and ‘ever-so-fluid’ future of the franchise.
In all, the intention was never to build something so extremely extensive. It started as a Photography Album. Then, ‘The Music Album’ was supposed to be a 5-track EP, Fairytale. the EP, not 14 tracks as a standard album would. And ‘Paradise’, was supposed to close off the publication series. With imagination for more than just one. Only five releases in mind, at first. They each were to be their own works in their own right and ‘universes, with no backstory whatsoever. Yet, here we are, over 17,400 downloads later, mostly through the 2nd Catalog, with Folktale. and catalogs 003-004 still rummaging through our minds. And what to make of them? Probably another two years’ worth of material to craft upon. That’s the beauty of a franchise. Of Entrepreneurship. That’s the beauty of the ASTRAEUS Storyline, Fairyland. Storyline., and more to come.
With definitive space to move, time is to be registered in terms of ‘how’ and ‘when’ to move beyond either; for example, the rest of Catalog 002 and later endeavors. The approach towards our ‘Fairytale.’ will be a ‘Pay-What-You-Want’ release, being that it’s been well over a year and would be fair to those who’ve waited. We do hope you’ve enjoyed it once it’s available, because the trip was a well-assured application of everything learned and harnessed along the way. It wasn’t nice, nor was it pretty. But ironically enough, it was everything we thought of since the beginning of ‘Fairytale.’; ‘Anything But…’ That’s the beauty of work ethic. That’s the beauty of time. That’s the beauty of self-acknowledgment and growth as a curator. With every branch broken, a tree will sprout multiple more.
